CAPS Membership



Level I Membership

(Individual)

Pretrial and Diversion Services Professionals: (employees of County, State or Federally operated Pretrial and Diversion Services departments).





Membership Benefits:

  • The right to run for and hold Executive Committee Office.
  • The right to elect Executive Committee Officers.
  • The right to nominate Level I Members for Executive Committee elections.
  • The opportunity to attend Executive Committee meetings and provide oral and/or written feedback to the Executive Committee.
  • Eligibility for training scholarship funds to the annual NAPSA Conference.
  • The right to attend all trainings organized and/or supported by CAPS.
  • Receive training certificates.

Level 1 Membership Payment



Level II Membership

(Agency-more than 8 people)

Pretrial and Diversion Services Agencies: (employees of County, State or Federally operated Pretrial and Diversion Services departments).





Membership Benefits:

  • The right to run for and hold Executive Committee Office.
  • The right to elect Executive Committee Officers.
  • The right to nominate Level I Members for Executive Committee elections.

Level 2 Membership Payment



Level III Membership

Individuals, students, volunteers, interns, service provider employees: (ie: treatment providers) and Criminal Justice Professionals not employed in either the Pretrial or Diversion Services fields (ie: Probation, Parole, Community Corrections).





Membership Benefits

  • The opportunity to attend Executive Committee meetings and provide oral and/or written feedback to the Executive Committee.
  • The right to attend all trainings organized and/or supported by CAPS.
  • Receive training certificates.
